THE PURPOSE OF A PROOF IS TO ELIMINATE ERRORS OR DISSATISFACTION. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO EMAIL US YOUR APPROVAL. PLEASE EXAMINE THE PROOF CAREFULLY BEFORE APPROVAL AND NOTIFY US OF ANY ERRORS. BY APPROVING, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHARGES TO RE-MAKE OR MODIFY A DESIGN IN THE EVENT THAT YOU SIGNED OFF ON THE PROOF. THIS WILL INCLUDE DESIGNS THAT CONTAIN AN ERROR (YOUR ERROR OR OUR ERROR) INCLUDING SPELLING ERRORS. AFTER APPROVAL, WE REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME TO RE-MAKE OR CHANGE YOUR DESIGN AND THIS WILL EFFECT THE DUE DATE. DESIGN FEES will be added based on the corrections and additional designs also the design fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN STARTED BY OUR TEAM.

Hands on Parker/DJ Trubba Contractual Agreements is attached, please sign a return copy as soon as possible. In addition, if you are tax exempt please provide me with a copy of your exempt certificate.
